Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout. Please contact us and we will be happy to confirm receipt of your order and resend your order confirmation.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, where applicable.
Tiny Things ships Australia-wide, and all orders are delivered via Australia Post. Most orders include tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey from dispatch to delivery.
Your tracking number can be used on the Australia Post website to view the latest delivery updates.
Order Status
If you created an account during checkout, you can log in at any time to view your order status, shipping information, and tracking details.
Order Delays or Issues
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability, payment issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
